COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Former University of Maryland standout Chris Lancos has signed a contract to play with FC Kaiserslautern reserves in the German 3rd Division (Regionalliga). Lancos' contract runs through July 2007.

Lancos started 89 games in his career at Maryland, including all 17 NCAA Tournament games the Terps played over the last four years. As a right back, he helped the Terps to the 2005 NCAA title and was a third team NSCAA All-South Atlantic selection and a second team choice by TopDrawerSoccer.com.
