Fast Starters: The Terrapins jumped out to an early 19-5 lead on a Sean Mosley field goal with 13:24 to go. Maryland forced Bryant into 2-of-10 shooting and six turnovers to start the game.

Finishing Strong: After the Bulldogs closed the deficit to nine points with 4:50 to go, the Terps went on a 14-3 run to boost their lead to 20 late in the first half.

Highway Robbery: Maryland made a season-high 14 steals, including 10 in the first half. Adrian Bowie and Landon Milbourne paced the Terps with three takeways apiece. Overall, Maryland caused 19 Bulldog turnovers.

Lined-Up for Success: Maryland improved to 5-0 with its current starting lineup of guards Eric Hayes, Adrian Bowie and Greivis Vasquez, forward Landon Milbourne and center Dave Neal. That current starting five represents the third combination used by coach Gary Williams thus far this season, though all three have involved Hayes, Vasquez and Milbourne.

Ahead of the Competition: After leading from the start against Bryant, the Terps have not trailed in nearly 157 minutes, spanning almost four entire games. Their last deficit was 4-2 in the opening minutes of their win at George Washington on Dec. 7.

Getting Defensive: Maryland improved to 9-0 this season when holding it's opponent under 50 percent shooting.

Venezuelan Sensation: Guard Greivis Vasquez continued to produce for the Terps, pouring in a game-high 19 points, including 4-for-8 on 3s, to go along with a team-best six rebounds. It marks the sixth time this season he has led the team in both categories. The Caracas native has scored in double figures in 36 of his last 38 games.

Record Book Update: With 19 points against the Bulldogs, Greivis Vasquez moved past Keith Gatlin (1984-86, 88) and Gary Ward (1964-66) into 40th place on the school's all-time scoring chart with 1,101.

That's Comcastic: The Terps now have won 60 of 64 non-conference games since moving into Comcast Center in 2002. The team stands 92-20 (.821) all-time in games played on its current homecourt, including 7-0 this year.

Trey Streak Intact: With an early 3-pointer by Eric Hayes, the Terps extended their streak of hitting at least one shot from beyond the arc to 331 consecutive games.
