COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Maryland ends a six-day hiatus with a Saturday matinee at home with Eastern Kentucky. The Terrapins have been away from Comcast Center for 22 days, with their most recent home game on Nov. 20 against New Hampshire. The Terps now enter a four-game homestand that takes them through a Dec. 30 matchup with William & Mary. The game with EKU is the last before Maryland takes a 10-day break for finals prior to its Dec. 22 matchup with Winston-Salem State.

  • The Terrapins lost 95-86 to Villanova in their last outing on Dec. 6, coming in the BB&T Classic at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. Maryland's three losses have come on neutral courts to teams now ranked in the Associated Press Top 25 - No. 3 Villanova, No. 19 Cincinnati, No. 20 Wisconsin.

  • Sean Mosley had 26 points against Villanova, the best individual scoring game of the year for the Terps and a career-high for him personally. Mosley hit 11 of 14 shots from the floor against the 3rd-ranked Wildcats, and added five rebounds, two assists and two steals in 37 minutes.

  • Jordan Williams posted the first double-double of his career last Sunday against Villanova... Williams had career-highs of 19 points (9-for-13 at the foul line) and 12 rebounds. Williams is now 7th in the Atlantic Coast Conference in rebounding (8.6 per game) and is the top freshman on that list.

  • Mosley and Eric Hayes each had 20-plus points against Villanova, the first time two Terps hit the 20-point plateau since last year's North Carolina game (2/21/2009), when Greivis Vasquez had 35 and Cliff Tucker added 22 points.
