• General Information: After 4 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends, there is no charge for parking in Lots Z1 or 1b or in Regents Drive Garage. Lots R2 and R3 are limited to vehicles displaying current valid permits for the respective lots at all times. The Stadium Drive Garage is closed on weekends.
Scouting the Rams
• VCU is 4-6-1 in 2014 after defeating No. 20 George Mason 3-0 its last time out. The Rams are outscoring opponents 13-11 on the year.
• The Rams' losses have come against No. 5 North Carolina, No. 15 Virginia, No. 4 New Mexico and No. 1 Notre Dame. VCU picked up a win against No. 6 Georgetown.
• Maryland leads the all-time series, 6-2-0.
Last outing vs. VCU
• VCU tallied three goals in the final 13 minutes of play to defeat the No. 13 Maryland men's soccer team 3-2 last September at Ludwig Field.
• The Terps picked up scoring from Jake Pace - who is now the director of operations for the Terps, and then-freshman Chris Odoi-Atsem. Maryland controlled the match for nearly 78 minutes before surrendering a penalty kick score at 77:08 and then back-to-back breakaways within an eight-minute period to cap the contest.
Northwestern Tops Terps in OT Sunday
• Cole Missimo scored the game-winner 1:06 into the first overtime to lift Northwestern to a 3-2 victory against the Maryland men's soccer team Sunday afternoon at Lakeside Field.
• Maryland came from two goals down to knot the game with under five minutes to play in regulation as Jeroen Meefout found the equalizer at 85:23. Mael Corboz notched the other Terrapin goal on a penalty kick midway thru the first half.
Terps Fall to No. 7 Georgetown, 1-0
• The Maryland men's soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision to No. 7 Georgetown at Ludwig Field.
• Brandon Allen notched his team-leading eighth goal in the 78th minute for Georgetown, which moved to 6-1-3 on the year. The junior forward, who ranks fifth nationally in goals, beat Terrapin keeper Zack Steffen with a 10-yard finish to his left after a ball was centered from the far side by Alex Muyl.
• The goal snapped a fabulous defensive stand for Maryland, which stretched over 274 minutes dating back to a Michigan State goal in the ninth minute on Sept. 19.
Terps Down Wisconsin for First B1G Win
• The Maryland men's soccer team picked up its first win as a member of the Big Ten Conference with a 2-0 shutout victory against Wisconsin at Ludwig Field.
• Maryland outshot Wisconsin 14-4 on the night, dominating possession for the majority of the match. The Terps also held a stout 9-2 corner kick advantage. The Terps picked up goals from sophomore Michael Sauers and senior Dan Metzger early in the second half.
Strong attendance numbers Highlight 2014
• Maryland has played in front of record-breaking crowds in two of its three away contests this season.
• A total of 7,047 fans came out to the Terps' match at Louisville in the season opener while a crowd of 2,522 was on-hand for Maryland's game at Navy.
• The Terps are averaging nearly 5,000 fans while in the friendly-confines of Ludwig Field this season, including the fourth-largest crowd in the facility's history against UMBC (7,284).
CORBOZ PK LIFTS TERPS OVER DAYTON
• After being shut out in consecutive home matches for the first time since 2000, the Maryland men's soccer team picked up a penalty kick tally in the 31st minute en route to a 1-0 victory against Dayton.
• Maryland mustered a season-high 16 shots and, despite only notching one goal, dominated the run of play from the opening whistle. Dayton, an NCAA tournament qualifier a year ago, managed only five shots and one corner kick on the night. ht.
• After George Campbell was brought down on the far side of the box, Mael Corboz nailed the ensuing penalty kick, beating Dayton keeper Chris Froschauer to his right for a 1-0 lead at 30:41 It was Maryland's first penalty kick attempt of the year and Corboz's first as a Terrapin.
early goal dooms Terps vs. Michigan State
• An early Spartan goal would prove to be the difference as the Maryland men's soccer team fell to No. 16 Michigan State 1-0 in the Terps' first-ever Big Ten home match in front of over 6,000 fans Friday night at Ludwig Field.
• Michigan State netted the game-winner in the ninth minute as Jason Stacy notched his first goal of the year when he bent a right-footed strike from 10 yards past Terrapin keeper Zack Steffen for the score. It was only one of two shots the Spartans attempted on the night.
• Maryland had one quality chance at the equalizer in the first half when Alex Crognale's header pinged off the pipe after a nice look from Tsubasa Endoh. The Terps saw their chances increase drastically in the second half, however, after posting five shots in the stanza, including a Mikey Ambrose header which was barely knocked away by a Spartan defender with 30 seconds to play.
TErps Draw at michigan in first b1g game
• The No. 12 Maryland men's soccer team picked up a hard-fought result, tying Michigan 1-1 in the University's first-ever Big Ten Conference match.
• Junior David Kabelik tallied the equalizer for Maryland with 22 seconds remaining to force the match into overtime. It was the Terps' second double overtime affair in eight days.
• Maryland controlled the momentum during extra time but was unable to find the game-winner. The Terps had two solid chances in overtime including a Mael Corboz shot which was saved by Michigan keeper Adam Grinwis in the 94th minute and a Chris Odoi-Atsem strike which went just wide of the goal with 1:29 remaining in the second overtime period.
TErps STumble at Navy
• The No. 10 Maryland men's soccer team was upended by Navy 2-1 in front of a Glenn Warner Soccer Facility record crowd of 2,522.
• Jamie Dubyoski tallied the game-winner in the 54th minute to give the Midshipmen (2-1-1) the victory. Freshman Jeroen Meefout notched the lone score for Maryland which fell to 1-2-1 on the year.
Maryland NETS Scoreless Draw with UMBC
• The No. 10 Maryland men's soccer team played to a 0-0 draw with intrastate rival No. 14 UMBC in front of 7,284 fans – the fourth-largest crowd in Ludwig Field history.
• Maryland outshot the Retrievers 13-6 for the night, including two shots apiece from George Campbell, Emmanuel Korvah and Mael Corboz. Sophomore Zack Steffen earned the tie but due to a stout defensive performance, was not forced to make a save on the night.
#LUCAKNOWSHEART
• Prior to the start of Maryland's match against UMBC Friday, Sept. 5, fans, players and coaches shared a moment of silence for the son of former Terrapin standout AJ Delagarza, who lost a courageous battle with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome in the early morning hours that day.
• Although just one week old at his passing, Luca had a remarkable impact on the soccer community as thousands rallied around the Luca Knows Heart crusade to help educate the public about the defect.
Terps Outduel #17 Coastal Carolina 3-2
• Fueled by a crowd of nearly 5,000, the No. 2 Maryland men's soccer team topped No. 17 Coastal Carolina 3-2 in the home opener last Monday night at Ludwig Field.
• Dan Metzger, Michael Sauers and Mikias Eticha each found the back of the net for the Terps.
• Metzger posted Maryland's first goal of the year in the eighth minute after Maryland was held scoreless for the first time in nearly three years in a loss at Louisville.
ETicha tagged big ten offensive potw (9/2)
• Mikias Eticha was tagged Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week for his work in Maryland's win over No. 17 Coastal Carolina Monday night, the league announced.
• Eticha, a senior midfielder from Falls Church, Va., scored the game winning goal in the Terps' 3-2 victory over the Chanticleers in front of a Ludwig Field crowd of 4,695. Eticha added an assist, providing the helper for a Michael Sauers' tally to put the Terps up 2-1 early in the second half.

• Zack Steffen and Dan Metzger were both named Soccer America Preseason All-Americans.
Maryland falls at #14 Louisville in opener
• The No. 2 Maryland men's soccer team dropped its first match of the season, falling to No. 14 Louisville 1-0 at the grand opening of the Cards' new home venue Lynn Stadium.
• After a back-and-forth first half, Louisville notched the lone score of the match with an Andrew Brody tally in the 54th minute. After a nice serve from Ricardo Velazco from the near sideline, Brody found the upper right corner for the header and the Cards' first goal in Lynn Stadium history.
• It's the first time Maryland has been shut out in a match since a 0-0 tie at Seton Hall Sept. 20, 2011. The Terps haven't been shut out in a loss since Dec. 4, 2009.
Metzger Tabbed to MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List
• Senior midfielder Dan Metzger was named to the MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List.
• Metzger was a captain as a junior for the Terps last season and was tabbed a First Team All-ACC selection. A native of Holmdel, N.J., he was named to the ACC Championship All-Tournament Team after guiding Terps to a second straight title. Metzger logged the third most minutes of any position player for Maryland, starting in all 26 games.
#UKTerps - Maryland Takes Its Talents Overseas
• Maryland spent a memorable 10 days in England in the spring, experiencing life in Manchester and London.
• The Terps tied the U21 side of Manchester United 0-0 at a foggy Aon Training Complex less than 24 hours after touching down in England.
• Maryland went on to fall to Tottenham's U21 squad 2-0 and picked up a draw at Crystal Palace 3-3 courtesy of goals from Alex Shinsky, David Kabelik and Tsubasa Endoh.
World Cup Terps
• Former Terps Omar Gonzalez and Graham Zusi played pivotal roles for the U.S. men's national team as it made a magical run at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
• Zusi notched two assists, including the game-winner against Ghana, to lead the U.S. as it defied the critics by advancing from the 'group of death' before bowing out in the round-of-16. Gonzalez provided valuable minutes in the backline and recorded a pair of starts at center back.
• Upon their return to the MLS, Gonzalez and Zusi were both named starters for the 2014 AT&T MLS All-Star game along with former Terrapin Maurice Edu.
Maryland Picked FIRST In Preseason Big Ten Poll
• Maryland topped the 2014 Big Ten Men's Soccer Preseason Poll, released by the conference office. The Terps return nine starters from last year's squad which advanced to a second consecutive College Cup. Maryland captured its second straight Atlantic Coast Conference regular season and tournament titles in 2014.

Three Terps Selected To Big Ten Players To Watch List
• Tsubasa Endoh, Dan Metzger and Zack Steffen were named to the Big Ten Players to Watch List.
• Endoh appeared in all 26 games, earning starts in 25, and notched three goals and six assists on as a sophomore in 2014. Metzger was an All-ACC First Team selection as arguably the most instrumental player in the Terps' successful campaign a year ago. Steffen, one of the top goalkeeping prospects in the U.S., was named to the All-ACC Freshman Team as a rookie in 2014.

• Sophomores Chris Odoi-Atsem and Zack Steffen were named to the 20-player roster for the U.S. Under-20 Men's National Team as it competed at the 2014 NTC Invitational Tournament in mid-July at the U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Carson, Calif.
• The U.S. took on Chile, Bermuda and Australia in the tournament.
Welcome Rookies
• Head coach Sasho Cirovski announced the 2014 Maryland men's soccer signing class, which included two early enrollees and will be the first to compete for the Terps as a member of the Big Ten Conference.
• Freshman Jereon Meefout and junior Rutgers transfer Mael Corboz enrolled at Maryland in January and were a part of the squad's trip to England in March.
• Other signees include Jake Areman, George Campbell, Christoffer Wallander-Ianev and Eric Carbajal.
Two for Mullins
• A back-to-back MAC Hermann Trophy winner, Patrick Mullins led Maryland's high-scoring attack with 19 goals and 10 assists as a senior in 2013.
• The New Orleans, native tallied six game-winners to lead Maryland back to the College Cup for a second straight season and capped his illustrious tenure with the Terrapins ranked second in both goals and points in Maryland men's soccer career annals.
• Following the 2013 season, Mullins was drafted in the first round (11th overall) by the New England Revolution in the MLS SuperDraft.
