Scouting The Terps
• A week removed from competing against three nationally ranked teams at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic, the Terrapins face three more ranked teams this weekend. Among the top teams on the docket is top-ranked Florida and No. 4 Oregon.2014 Maryland Terrapins: 1-14, 0-0 ACC Roster Schedule • The Terrapins had a rough weekend in Calfornia last week, but had promising outings against both No. 13 Stanford and No. 8 UCLA. The pitching combination of Brenna Nation and Kaitlyn Schmeiser held the Cardinal to just two hits in a 2-1 loss, as the Terps lost on a play at the plate in the seventh inning. In the following game against UCLA, Maryland led 4-3 in the third inning before falling, 10-5.
• Junior catcher Shannon Bustillos had a strong weekend at the plate, batting .357 and slugging .500 with two doubles and two RBIs. Nation performed well on the mound, allwing just seven earned runs in 14.0 innings.
Scouting Nebraska-Omaha
• Nebraska-Omaha travels to Kissismmee, Fla. as winners of seven consecutive games, including all five contests last weekend at the UTSA Tournament. The Mavs have a high-powered offense with eight players batting over .300, led by Allie Mathewson (.447). Amber Lutmer has 27 RBIs through just 14 games.

Scouting Radford
• The Highlanders have played just six games this season due to weather, and lost 4-of-5 last weekend at the Frost Classic. Julie Gardner is hitting .400 with a pair of home runs, while Rachael Walters is 2-1 with a 1.34 ERA in five appearances.

Scouting #25 Auburn
• No. 25 Auburn was riding a 10-game win streak before Florida State defeated the Tigers 5-4 Wednesday in a battle of top-25 foes. The Tigers feature three batters hitting over .400 on the season: Emily Carosone, Branndi Melero and Kasey Cooper. Melero has 28 RBIs through 16 games played.

Scouting #4 Oregon
• Oregon has won 14 consecutive games since losing their season-opener to Cal Poly, 4-6, on Feb. 7. The Duks swept all five games at the Mary Nutter last weekend, including wins over LSU, Virginia and Notre Dame. Courtney Ceo is hitting an incredible .543 with 13 runs scored, while Cheridan Hawkins is 7-1 with a 1.45 ERA.

• Maryland takes on undefeated and top-ranked Florida in its final game of the Citrus Classic. The Gator pitching staff is very strong, boasting three starters with ERAs under 2.17.
