COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The University of Maryland announced a sellout for the men's basketball game against Michigan on Saturday, Feb. 28. The game will air live at noon in front of a nationally televised audience on ESPN.
Maryland is 17-1 in the friendly confines of the XFINITY Center this season, with its lone loss coming to top-five ranked Virginia on Dec. 3 in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. With a win against Michigan, Maryland would complete its first perfect home record in conference play since the 2001-02 season.
Saturday's matchup with Michigan will be Maryland's second straight sellout at XFINITY.
The Terps will honor their seven-member senior class which includes Spencer Barks, Jon Graham, Richaud Pack, Varun Ram, Evan Smotrycz, Jacob Susskind, and Dez Wells prior to tipoff versus Michigan.
