COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The No. 6/5 Maryland men's basketball team travels to Minnesota for a game against the Gophers on Thursday at 8 p.m. on the Big Ten Network.

• Maryland defeated Minnesota, 70-58, on Jan. 3, 2015, to kick off an impressive start to its chapter in the Big Ten Conference within the friendly confines of the XFINITY Center. The Terps won 15 consecutive home games in Big Ten play before falling to Wisconsin on Feb. 13 their last time out. The loss snapped a program-best 27-game home winning streak.
• Senior guard Rasheed Sulaimon has scored in double figures in five of his last six games, including a 17-point outing against Wisconsin the last time out. The Houston, Texas, native is averaging 12.7 points per game during that span. He notched 21 points against Purdue on Feb. 6 and is averaging 18 points per contest over the last three games. He ranks fourth in three-point field goal percentage (46.5) and 14th in assists per game (3.4) in the Big Ten.
• As of Feb. 17, Maryland is tied with Xavier and Villanova for the most wins in NCAA Division I Men's Basketball with 22. The Terps are one of only three teams to be ranked in the top 10 all-season long (Oklahoma, Kansas). Maryland leads the Big Ten Conference in average attendance (17,852) and also ranks fourth nationally.
• Maryland is 11-0 following a loss the past two seasons. The last time the Terps lost back-to-back games was against Syracuse and Clemson on Feb. 24 and March 2, respectively, in the 2013-14 campaign.
• The Terps are one of only two teams (USC) in NCAA Division I basketball to have all five starters notch at least one double-double this season. Maryland has tallied 11 double-doubles this season after recording eight in all of 2014-15.
• Maryland leads the Big Ten in blocks (146) and blocks per game (5.6). The Terps also rank 10th nationally in total blocks.

• Minnesota nearly pulled off the upset against Iowa, falling to the Hawkeyes,75-71, its last time out. The Gophers are seeking their first win in conference play this season.
• Nate Mason leads Minnesota offensively, averaging 13.7 points per game. Joey King (11.3 ppg) and Jordan Murphy (10.9 ppg) also average double figures for the Gophers. Minnesota has lost 14 straight.
• Maryland leads the all-time series, 5-0, including a 70-58 win in its first home league game as a member of the Big Ten Conference on Jan. 3, 2015 at XFINITY Center.
