77 Student-Athletes Earn Big Ten Spring All-Academic Honors

ROSEMONT, Ill. – Seventy-seven student-athletes from the University of Maryland were named Spring Academic All-Big Ten selections by the conference on Wednesday.
The Terps are represented by baseball (7), men's lacrosse (13), men's golf (3), men's track & field (10), softball (6), women's golf (4), women's lacrosse (21) and women's track & field (13). The 77 student-athletes recognized this spring is up from 71 last year.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, students must be letterwinners who are in at least their second academic year at their institution and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
