As a senior (2019): Academic All-Big Ten...Earned a starting role on team's first attack line in all 17 games...scored 30 goals, which ranked third on the team...had 38 points overall, which ranked fifth on the team...posted eight multi-goal games and five hat tricks...scooped 20 ground balls and caused six turnovers...tallied a goal and assist vs. Buckell in first career start (2/2)...recorded first career hat trick at Penn (2/16)...posted career-high five goals at Navy (2/23)...posted season-highs in ground balls (4) and caused turnovers vs. #17 Notre Dame (3/3)...tallied four points, including the game-winning goal in overtime at Towson in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament (5/12)...had a goal and assist in Quarterfinal against third-seeded Virginia (5/18).
As a junior (2018): Appeared in 17 games as an EMO specialist, scoring five goals ... made season debut against Navy (2/10) ... scored an extra man goal against Marist (2/13) ... scored an extra man goal at #5 Villanova (3/17) ... scored an EMO goal vs. #11 Rutgers (5/3) in Big Ten semis ... scored a career-high two goals in Big Ten finals vs. Johns Hopkins (5/5).
As a sophomore (2017): Appeared in 16 games as EMO specialist for 2017 National Champions ... totaled three goals and two assists ... had a goal and an assist at St. Joseph's (2/14) ... had a goal and two ground balls vs. High Point (2/18) ... had a ground ball vs. #19 Michigan (4/1) and #1 Penn State (4/8) ... scored a goal at #11 Rutgers (4/16) ... made first career start at #7 Ohio State (4/22) ... had a ground ball in NCAA quarterfinal vs. #4 Albany (5/21).
As a freshman (2016): Appeared in 19 games, primarily as an extra man specialist ... totaled seven points on five goals and two assists ... had three man-up goals ... made collegiate debut in win against High Point (2/20) and scored first career goal ... had a ground ball vs. #1 Notre Dame (3/5) ... posted first career assist at Michigan (4/2) ... had a goal and an assist in overtime win at #14 Penn State (4/10) ... scored a goal against #10 Navy (4/19) ... had a ground ball vs. Ohio State (4/24) ... scored a goal in NCAA Tournament debut vs. Quinnipiac (5/15) ... scored a goal in the NCAA Semis vs. #5 Brown (5/28).
Before Maryland: Rewrote the Maryland high school lacrosse record books, becoming the all-time leader in points (506), goals (254) and assists (252) … an Under Armour All-American … helped lead Churchill to a 59-11 record in four seasons, including two trips to the Maryland state semifinals and a championship game appearance as a senior … twice named first team Washington Post All-Metro and Montgomery County Gazette Player of the Year … goal totals: 55 (senior), 75 (junior), 74 (sophomore), 50 (freshman) … assist totals: 77 (senior), 46 (junior), 81 (sophomore), 48 (freshman) … also recruited by North Carolina, Johns Hopkins and Ohio State.
Personal: Full name is Louis Solomon Dubick … parents are Marc and Draga Dubick … father earned letters in lacrosse at Maryland in 1981, 1982 and 1983 (Final Four) … grandfather, Harry Dubick, also played lacrosse at Maryland, lettering in 1950 and 1951 … has two siblings, Bethany and Eliot … elected Vice President of high school as senior … sports hero is Mikey Powell.
