COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The University of Maryland wrestling team (0-5) will return to College Park, Md., where the Terps will face off against Ohio State (3-1) on Sunday afternoon at the XFINITY Center Pavilion. The match will be telivised nationally on the Big Ten Network.

Year Two for coach clemsen

Head Coach Alex Clemsen returns as the leader of the wrestling team with a year of head coaching experience under his belt. The Missouri native led the Terps to dual wins over Southern Virginia and Fresno State in his inaugural season while also playing a key role in the development of 2019 NCAA qualifiers Jahi Jones and Philip Spadafora.

Maryland bolstered its lineup by bringing in a 10-man recruiting class. Joining the Terps in Coach Clemsen's first recruiting cycle were Maximus Bentley, William Berkowitz, Jackson Cockrell, Dainon Kappes, Garrett Kappes, Cole McCormick, Adam Pfeiffer, Nathan Porter, Jack Prendergast and Dominic Solis.
True Freshmen Jackson Cockrell, Garrett Kappes, Dainon Kappes, Nathan Porter, and Dominic Solis have competed for the Terps this season.
