Laila Ricks tallied nine kills and seven blocks, but the Maryland volleyball team fell to Rutgers 3-1 (16-25, 25-16, 17-25, 22-25) on Wednesday evening.

- Pritchard's double-double was the sixth of her season. The senior outside hitter tallied 11 her junior campaign and 14 in her sophomore season, now standing at 31 in her career.
- Ricks' nine kills was a season and career-high. The freshman middle blocker also recorded seven blocks, good for second on the team.
- Sophomore middle blocker Cara Lewis paced the team in blocks with nine on the evening. She improves to sixth in the Big Ten conference in blocks/set (1.35).
- Sydney Dowler tallied a team-high 29 assists, the second-best mark of her career.
- Senior libero Sam Burgio notched 21 digs in the match, improving on her already league-best digs/set mark, now standing well above other conference leaders at 4.51.
- As a team, Maryland's season blocks/set mark drops to 2.99, which still leads the league. Maryland has nearly 40 total blocks more than any other team in the conference.
