COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The top-ranked Maryland men's lacrosse team (8-0) will play its final home game of the regular season Sunday, April 18 when the Terrapins host #12 Ohio State (4-4) in College Park.

Maryland was voted the No. 1 team in the nation Monday for the first time this season in both the USILA Coaches Poll and Inside Lacrosse Media Poll. It's the first time Maryland has been tabbed #1 since Week 12 of the 2018 season when the Terps earned the top overall seed in the NCAA Tournament.

The Terps defeated the Buckeyes 16-8 when the teams met earlier this season on March 20 in Columbus. With a win Sunday, UMD would clinch the Big Ten regular season title outright, after securing at least a share of the title after beating Michigan 18-12 on April 10.
