COLLEGE PARK, MDÂ -Â The No. 1-ranked Maryland's men's lacrosse team will hit the road for its first road game of the 2022 season when the Terps head north to face No. 9 Syracuse at the Carrier Dome. This will be the first meeting between the two schools since UMD secured a 13-7 victory over the Orange in the 2016 NCAA Quarterfinals. Â
The game will faceoff at noon and will be streamed on ACC Network Extra. Â

- Maryland has opened its season with back-to-back 20+ goal outings for the first time in 97 seasons of lacrosse.
- This is Maryland's first time scoring 20+ goals in back-to-back games since the 1995 season, and has won 26 straight games while scoring at least 20 goals. Â

Fifth-year senior Logan Wisnauskas has established himself as one of the most dangerous offensive players in college lacrosse during his career with the Terps, and now leads the Maryland offense in his final year with the program. Here's a look at Wisnauskas by the numbers.

- John Tillman enters Sunday's game with a 164-59 all-time record in 14 seasons as a Division I coach, with his .735 winning percentage ranking second amongst all active coaches.

SERIES HISTORY
- Maryland holds a 11-6 edge over Syracuse in an all-time series that dates back to 1927 when the teams first met.
