
Scott Scores 25, Terps Fall 82-67 to No. 16 Ohio State

COLUMBUS, OH – The Maryland men's basketball team dropped an 82-67 decision to the No. 16 Ohio State Buckeyes on Sunday afternoon inside Value City Arena. Maryland (11-12, 3-9) battled hard, but couldn't overcome the hot shooting of the Buckeyes.
The Terps were led by Donta Scott, who matched his career-high with 25 points, while Fatts Russell chipped in 12 points and Qudus Wahab scored 10.
No. 16 Ohio State (14-5, 7-3) was led by E.J. Liddell's 24 points and 11 rebounds.

- Ayala also knocked down two three-pointers, giving him 206, tying him with his former backcourt mate Anthony Cowan Jr. for third all-time in program history.
