
Ealy-Pulido Sets Program Record at Aggie Invite

Greensboro, NC --The Terps track and field teams competed at the Aggie Invite in Greensboro, North Carolina, hosted by North Carolina A&T University.
The Terps had a great day of competition at the Aggie Invite as several athletes improved upon their personal bests and earned top finishes. Junior Ariana Ealy-Pulido set a new program record in the 100m hurdles, as she hurdled to a 13.70s finish in finals.

Women's Notes

Junior Ariana Ealy-Pulido hurdled to a 13.70s finish in the 100m hurdles finals - the fastest time in Terrapins history in the event.

Chelsey Cole jumped to a mark of 12.17m in the triple jump, earning a first place result in the event.

The Maryland 4x100 relay squad of Jada Ellis, Jaida Smith, Ariana Ealy-Pulido and Kattiana Ealy-Pulido sprinted to a 46.73s finish, taking second place.

Kattiana Ealy-Pulido ran 14.04s in the 100m hurdles for a top ten finish.

Kasey Ebb earned a top ten finish in the 200m, sprinting to a 25.10s finish. Destiny Ward also competed in the 200m for the first time this season.Jada Ellis and Jaiden Ritter competed for the Terps in the 100m dash while Ariana Wright ran the 400m dash.

Gwendolyn Zeckowski competed in the pole vault for the Terps squad.
Men's Notes

The Terps relay squad of Kamari Trotz, Caleb Dean, Tommy Adebayo and Joseph Ewan took second place in the 4x100 relay, finishing in 40.82s. Kamari Trotz (10.69) and Joseph Ewan (10.78) both had strong showings competing in the 100m dash.

Matthew Bigelow took second place in the pole vault, clearing 3.80m.

Kiaeem Thomas cleared 1.90m competing in the high jump for the Maryland squad.

Brandon Turpin earned a top ten result competing in the 400m hurdles. Drake Murphy also competed in the event for the Terps.

Colin Rowe competed in the 400m dash.

Gerald Norgbe competed in the triple jump for the Maryland squad.

The Terrapins will travel to Lewisburg, PA on Friday and Saturday (4/15-16) to compete in the Bison Outdoor Classic, hosted by Bucknell University.
