COLLEGE PARK, MD – Head coach Kevin Willard along with All-Big Ten Preseason Team selections Jahmir Young and Julian Reese will take part in the 2023 Big Ten Media Day event at the Target Center in Minneapolis.

Big Ten Media Day will take place on Tuesday morning from 9:30 AM-3:30 PM ET featuring all 14 men's programs.

Tuesday, October 10:

9:50 AM ET – Kevin Willard Opening Press Conference

1:30 PM ET – Kevin Willard, Jahmir Young, Julian Reese LIVE on studio set (BTN)

In addition to the live television appearances, fans will be able to hear Young and Reese interviewed on Sirius XM at 10:10 AM and Coach Willard's interview at 10:30 AM with Matt McCall and Shane Connelly.

Young and Reese were named to the All-Big Ten Preseason Team marking the first time that Maryland has had a pair of student-athletes on the preseason team since 2019-20 when Anthony Cowan Jr. and Jalen Smith were selected to the preseason squad.

Young was a unanimous selection after last season where the fifth-year player earned second team honors by the media and the coaches. He is the first unanimous selection to the All-Big Ten preseason team for the Terps since Anthony Cowan Jr. in 2019.

The day will also feature taped interviews with NBC, FOX, CBS, and BTN along with other digital and social media content.
