Box Score COLLEGE PARK, MD- The Maryland Terrapins swept their season opener 7-0 against Georgetown on Saturday at the Junior Tennis Champions Center.

Maryland swept all six singles matches and won the doubles point.

"The team did a great job this morning from start to finish... they settled in quickly and took care of business," said Head Coach Katie Dougherty. "We talked a lot this week about doing a great job of the basics and making a lot of first serves and returns and we they did a very good job with those goals and it made a big impact on how dominant they were today."
