Maryland To Face Villanova In 2024 Empire Classic

COLLEGE PARK, MD – The 2024 Empire Classic announced today that Maryland will take on Villanova on Nov. 24, 2024 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The tournament will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.
In addition to the match-up between the Terps and Wildcats, each school will also host a game on campus during the event. The full schedule as well as television information will be announced at a later date.
Tickets will be available for purchase beginning Tuesday, March 12 at Noon through www.TicketMaster.com.
For the Terps, this will be their fourth appearance in the Empire Classic with a 7-3 all-time record including a championship title in 2006.
