Breaking Down The Action

  • Maryland took its lead back in the fourth, 3-2. Jacob Orr brought home Brayden Martin with his RBI single and Michael Iannazzo brought home Orr with an RBI double.

Coach Swope's Thought
"I thought we did a pretty good job competing early on, obviously put some runs up there and got into some situations. I think the tough situation was getting picked at second base. I think that was our last chance to punch back, but I think overall it was a pretty good game. We could have played a little better defense. It's going to be the small things, the tiny details in games like that are going to put the team in position to win."
