COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The PLL took over Boston for the weekend for the Cannons Homecoming and our ProTerps had several note-worthy performances once again.

New York Atlas
The New York Atlas continued their run as the top team in the league with a 17-4 win over the Denver Outlaws. 2023 graduate Brett Makar notched an assist, three groundballs and a caused turnover.
Boston Cannons
The Cannons went 1-1 in their Homecoming Weekend. Bubba Fairman caused a turnover in a narrow loss to the Redwoods while Bryce Young caused two in a thrilling win over the Waterdogs. Jonathan Donville, who had returned to the action the week before, was placed on the PUP list before the weekend,
Denver outlaws
After picking up back-to-back wins, the Outlaws suffered a loss to the Atlas. Luke Wierman starred once again at the faceoff X, winning 15-22 with seven groundballs, including going 13-of-22 against Trevor Baptise. Jesse Bernhardt tallied an assist, three caused turnovers and two groundballs and Nick Grill added two caused turnovers and a groundball.
Philadelphia Waterdogs
The Waterdogs came up just short to the Cannons in their lone game of the weekend. Connor Kelly notched a highlight-reel goal and an assist in the game.
Maryland Whipsnakes
The Whipsankes came up just short against the Archers on Saturday. Matt Rambo scored a pair of goals while SSDM Jake Bernhardt added his first of the season. Matt Dunn and Mike Chanenchuk each tallied an assist. Coming off a two-goal game the week before, rookie Jack Koras flashed his impressive versatility, scooping a team-high six groundballs. The WhipTerps continued to start an all-Maryland defense of Dunn (1 CT), Ajax Zappitello (1 CT and 2 GBs), and Tim Muller (2 GBs). Kyle Bernlohr made a save in a relief goalie appearance.
