PRINCETON, NJ – No. 2 Maryland men's lacrosse improved to 4-0 after defeating No. 5 Princeton, 13-9, at Sherrerd Field on Saturday. Schultz, a freshman, also notched his first career point in the game. His occurred at the 2:51 mark in the second frame. It was also his first career multi-point game.

Logan McNaney moved to third on the all-time saves list. With 12 in the game, he now has 633 for his career, passing Niko Amato (625 from 2011-14). He's now chasing second place Brian Dougherty, who made 658 saves from 1993-96.

Shea Keethler and Sean Creter took turns at the face-off X, combining to win 16-of-26 faceoffs. Keethler also picked up five ground balls and Creter added two.

Princeton (1-1) was handed its first loss of its 2025 campaign. The Terps hold a dominant 37-12-1 all-time head-to-head record vs. the Tigers.
