COLLEGE PARK, MD — Lauren LaPointe was named IWLCA Co-Offensive Player of the Week, as announced Tuesday.

LaPointe had a record-breaking week, scoring 11 goals across two games to help Maryland remain unbeaten. Against #7 Johns Hopkins, LaPointe recorded a career-high 10 points with seven goals and three assists. She closed out the weekend on Sunday with four more goals in a win over #21 Penn State.

Maryland returns to action on April 4, hosting Rutgers at 12 p.m. for Senior Day.
