COLLEGE PARK, MD -- Maryland Women's Soccer travels to Annapolis, MD, on Thursday to face off against Army at Glenn Warner Soccer Facility on Thursday, August 27th, at 7 PM after a 2-2 thriller in Blacksburg, Virginia, against Virginia Tech. - Transfer Forward Jolie Farmer continues to impress with her new team, recording her fourth goal of the season on Sunday against Virginia Tech after scoring two goals in the Terps' second matchup versus FDU.
- Farmer is the first Terp this century to record the first four goals of a season.
- So far this season, Farmer has picked up career highs in shots, shots on goal, goals, and assists after starting the first three matchups.

- In dramatic fashion, freshman midfielder Ella Petry scored her first collegiate goal in the 71' of the Virginia Tech match.
- The South Carolina Gatorade Player to Watch has come off the bench in all three matches and played 117 minutes.
- Petry was a three-time ECNL Southeast All-Conference First Team honoree and SCUFC ECNL Player of the Year.

- At the start of this season, Sophomore Meredith Fisher has earned all three starts for the Terps, earning her first career clean sheet in Maryland's first match against Fordham (8/16)
- Against FDU and Virginia Tech, Big Ten Player to Watch Faith Luckey substituted in the second half at goalie and was crucial in the Terps' tie against Virginia Tech, making many exceptional plays and an incredible save with just seconds left.
