2021 Outdoor (Senior): opened her outdoor season at the Maryland B1G Invite (3/26) and placed fourth in the 3000S (11:51.91)... placed third in the 3000S (11:30.18) at the Rutgers B1G Tri-Meet (4/10)... took home third in the 3000S (11:31.98) at the Ohio State Jesse Owens Invitational (4/30)... competed in the 1500m (5:06.40) at the Jim Thorpe Invite (5/7)... competed in the 3000S (11:25.34) at the Big Ten Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/14)

2021 Indoor (Senior): competed at the B1G Indoor Invitational (2/12) in the 3000m (11:08.72)

2020 Indoor (Junior): Opened season in the 3000m (11:08.69) at the Terrapin Invitational (1/18)...earned eighth in the mile (5:19.78) at the Navy Invitational (2/1)...competed in the mile (5:47.72) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite (2/15)

2019 Cross Country (Junior): Opened the Cross Country season with a 61st place finish (20:31.56) at the Mt. Saint Mary’s 5K run (8/30)...finished 42nd (20:28.2) at the UVA 5K (9/14)...ran her first 6K of the season (23:08.7) at the Leigh High Paul Short meet (10/5)......finished in 23:45.4 at the Penn State National Open (10/18)...finished 119th (23:49.7) at the 2019 B1G Championship (11/3)

2019 Outdoor (Sophomore): Academic All-Big Ten... finished 10th in the 1500m (5:12.84) at the Maryland Invitational (3/16/19)... placed third in the 2000m steeplechase (7:30.19) at the UVA Quad Meet (4/6/19)... placed 28th in the 3000m steeplechase (11:35.94) at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/13/19)... closed out her outdoor season by winning the 3000m steeplechase (11:37.38) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/3/19)

2017 Cross Country (Freshman): Opened the cross country season with a 51st place finish (19:46.3) at the Mount St. Mary's 5k Duals (9/1/17)... finished 34th (24:40.2) at the Salty Dog Invitational (9/9/17)... finished 68th (23:01.1) at the Paul Short Open (9/29/17)

Before Maryland: Ran cross country and track for four years at Winston Churchill High School...National Runner-Up in the 2000m steeplechase at the USATF National Championships Junior Olympics...took ninth in the 2000m steeplechase at the 2017 New Balance Outdoor National Championships...six-time team MVP among cross country, indoor and outdoor track at Winston Churchill...2017 MCRRC Outstanding High School Runner Award...Washington Post First Team All-Met Cross Country Award...set 2000m steeplechase record at Winston Churchill...2016 All-DC-Area Team...All-Maryland Team (2014 & 2015)...took third at 2016 Maryland state 4A cross country championships...2016 Maryland state 4A West Regional Champion in the 800m...2016 Maryland 4A West Region cross country runner-up...team captain...AP Scholar with Distinction...National Honor Society...received Certificate of Meritorious Service from MSDE/MCPS...performed volunteer work with Stepping Stones Homeless Shelter, Lawyers have Heart 10k for American Heart Association..
