2020 Indoor (Sophomore): Opened her sophomore season in the mile (5:23.66) at the Terrapin Invitational (1/18)...made event debut in the 3000m (10:37.63) at Navy Invite II (2/1)...competed in the 5000m (18:20.46) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite (2/14)

2019 Cross Country (Sophomore): Opened the Cross Country season with a 24th place finish (19:05.11) at the Mt. Saint Mary’s 5K run (8/30)...finished 21st (18:18.4) at the UVA 5K (9/14)...ran her first 6K of the season (22:47.5) at the Leigh High Paul Short meet (10/5)...finished in 23:17.0 at the Penn State National Open (10/18)...finished 120th (23:52.9) at the 2019 B1G Championship (11/3)...Competed at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship (23:28.9)

Before Maryland: Helped lead team to three-time VHSL 6A State Champions and two-time Nike Cross National Team qualifiers...lead team to state title senior year...finished high school as Lake Braddock’s number one runner...finished in 7th place in 4xMile relay at New Balance Outdoor Nationals 2016...Conference champ in the 3200m...All-state cross country runner in 2015 and 2017...all-region cross country runner (2014-2017)... all-region 3200m runner (2015-2016)...all-state outdoor 3200m (2016), all-met honorable mention (2014-2016), all-met second team selection (2017), All-Run Washington and all-VA team selection (2015-2017)...All-Run Washington region team selection (2016)...Coached by Jason Switzer.

Personal: Says running has always shown her that what you put into something is what you get out of it...enjoys swimming on a day off...broke 200m medley relay record with summer swim team...lists sports heroes as Michael Phelps and Muhammad Ali.
