Biography

2022-23 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
  • Picked up a 6-5 decision over Duke's Drake Doolittle as part of the Terps' 37-0 shutout over Duke (11/5).
  • Wrestled in all of Maryland's first five duals before suffering injury at Southern Scuffle.
  • Returned to action to compete in the 2023 Big Ten Championships.

2021-22 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN): 
  • Third-place at 2021 Clarion Open.
  • 2022 UVA Round Robin Champion.

2020-21 (FRESHMAN):
  • Competed in eight duals at 133 pounds.
  • Made his Maryland debut and wrestled vs. Michigan (1/10).
  • Wrestled vs. Michigan State and Minnesota (1/16). 
  • In the lineup vs. Northwestern and Nebraska (1/23).
  • Started vs. Ohio State (1/31).
  • Wrestled against Indiana (2/14) and Penn State (2/22).
  • Represented Maryland at the Big Ten Championships and picked up his first win of the season with a 19-10 major decision against Indiana’s Kyle Luigs (3/6).
  • 2022-23 Academic All-Big Ten.

  • 2019 State Finalist out of Broken Arrow HS in Broken Arrow, Okla.
  • Four-time Fargo All-American + Junior Fargo Finalist.
  • Two-time Southern Plains Regional Freestlye Champion, Southern Plains Regional Freestyle Finalist and two-time Southern Plains Regional Greco Champion.
  • Two-time Garner Egerton Invitational Champion.
  • 71-11 Track Wrestling record, 84-14 career record.
  • Academic All-State award winner.
  • Also wrestled for OKRTC.
