Men's Tennis Defeated By Georgia Tech, 7-0

College Park, Md. - The Maryland men's tennis squad fell to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, 7-0, on Friday afternoon at the Tennis Center at College Park. The Terps' record now stands at 8-10 on the season, and 0-9 in ACC play.
In singles play, Troy Demers fell to Jose Muguruza in a close match, 6-4, 7-5. David North defeated Ian Bliss, 6-1, 6-1. Scott Fink lost to Marko Rajevac, 6-3, 6-0. Zachary Rath downed Josh Brauser, 6-4, 6-0. David Reichsfeld fell to Jordan Delass, 6-3, 6-4. Michael Coleman was topped by George Gvelesani to round out the action, 6-3, 6-3.
The Yellow Jackets took all three doubles matches from the Terps to win the doubles point. Maryland will host Clemson tomorrow at noon at the Tennis Center at College Park. This will be the last regular season match before the Terps head to Raleigh, N.C., to compete in the ACC tournament beginning April 21st.
