As a Senior (2021): Made 12 appearances on the mound, starting in four games … ranked sixth on the team in innings pitched (29.2) … ranked sixth on the team with 32 strikeouts … started on Opening Weekend against Michigan State, striking out five (3/6) … struck out five against Rutgers (3/13) … tossed three innings out of the bullpen at Penn State (3/21) … tossed three innings out of the bullpen at Ohio State (3/28) … tossed 2 1/3 innings of relief against #25 Michigan (4/4) … appeared at Nebraska (4/11) … earned the win out of the bullpen with 4 1/3 innings, allowing just one unearned run and striking out five (4/25) … tossed a perfect inning of relief and earned the win against Minnesota (5/1) … tossed two scoreless innings and struck out four against Purdue (5/14) … tossed a scoreless two thirds of an inning at #24 Michigan (5/21) … tossed three scoreless innings against Indiana (5/30) … tossed 3 1/3 innings in the NCAA Greenville Regional Final against #12 East Carolina (6/6)
As a Junior (2020): Made four starts as Maryland’s Friday night option during the shortened season...led the team in wins with three...started Maryland’s season-opener and his first-ever game as a starting pitcher vs. Charleston Southern, where he tossed 5 1/3 innings and earned the win, allowing just two unearned runs (2/14)...tossed 6 1/3 innings of one-run ball to earn the win over Rhode Island (2/21)...got the start and threw three innings at Coastal Carolina, his only loss of the season (2/28)...struck out a career-high eight batters over six innings to earn the win vs. Bryant (3/5)
As a Sophomore (2019): Appeared 25 times, the season most on the team, all out of the bullpen...tossed 30 innings and notched a 6.90 ERA with 20 Ks to 11 walks...went 2-1 and notched a single save...tossed two and two thirds scoreless innings to finish out a series victory at Illinois (4/6)...tossed a season high three innings against Ohio State (4/20)... earned a win against VCU with two and two thirds innings of scoreless work (4/23)...earned a win with an inning of work at James Madison (5/14).
As a Freshman (2018): Made 22 appearances and threw 30 and one third innings...struck out 22 with an ERA of 6.53...went 1-1.
Before Maryland: Helped Parkside to a 21-5 record... named the 2017 Bayside Pitcher of the Year... also named the MVPitcher for the South Team of Brooks Robinson game and the MVPitcher of the Bayside Senior All-Star Game... chose Maryland because it felt like home and the chance to play for his home state was an offer he couldn’t pass up... nickname is Fish
