ON FIELDS: In his fourth season with the basketball program ... was chosen from a pool of 300 during a campus-wide tryout and walked on to the team during the fall of 1995 ... received a call from head coach Gary Williams soon after the tryout session and was invited to join the team ... earned a scholarship for his sophomore, junior and now senior seasons ... says Williams: "He's tough. You've got to cover him. He's a legitimate shooter.
