Sydney Anderson was hired as the Gossett Center's Big Ten Diversity Fellow in June 2022. She was later promoted to Coordinator of Student-Athlete Development in August 2023. Anderson enters her third school year working with the Gossett Center ahead of 2024-25.
Anderson previously worked for Temple University as a Compliance Assistant from July 2020 - August 2022. She accepted the position after graduating and earning her Master's in Sport Business from the university.
Anderson earned her Bachelor's degree from Lincoln University, where she was a student-athlete on the women's track and field team while serving on the Student Athletic Advisory Committee.
She has also shown a commitment to her community with volunteer experience. Anderson volunteered as a Board Member and Public Relations Chair for The Legacy of Love Foundation and English Second Language (ESL) Teacher for LCH Health and Community Services.
