As a Sophomore (2017): Appeared in one game, an 11-minute stint at Iowa (10/8)…Academic All-Big Ten selection.

As a Freshman (2016): Walked on and made two appearances…appeared for the first time in her career against George Mason and played four minutes (9/11)…played six minutes against Northwestern (9/25)...Academic All-Big Ten selection.

Before Maryland: Played at Middletown High School…won two state championships (2011, 2012)…named first-team all-area by the Frederick News Post (2013, 2014)…named a first-team All-Central Maryland Conference selection (2013, 2014)…served as a team captain during her senior season…coached by Heather Kline…also ran track in high school…played club for FC Frederick…made the Maryland State Cup final in 2009 and 2015…won a US Club Soccer Regional Championship in 2012…coached by Brad Roos, Anthony Welch and Paul Bryan.

Personal: Daughter of Charles Kovalchick and Ann Craparo…has one sibling; Timmy…served as a Maryland sports medicine intern her freshman year of college before walking on to the team…was a member of her high school National Honor Society…was on the honor roll all four years…plans to pursue a career in sports medicine/physical therapy.
