As a Freshman (2004-05): Swam well at her first ACC Championships finishing ninth in the 400 IM (4:23.99), 22nd in the 200 fly (2:07.11) and 25th in the 500 free (4:58.32).
Before Maryland: Lettered in swimming for four years at Germantown Academy ... her team was Eastern Champions in 2003 and 2004 ... was named Southeastern Pennsylvania Swimmer of the Year in 2003 ... finished 43rd in the 400-meter IM (4:54.27) at the 2004 U.S. Olympic Trials ... first team all four years of high school ...
