University of Maryland Athletics

Bianca Benjamin joined the University of Maryland in April 2024 as the Coordinator of Business Operations. She enters her second school year in that role ahead of 2024-25. 

Benjamin's primary responsibilities include overseeing vendor payments and processing, purchasing, reconciliation, and other financial needs for various sports teams as well as for the Operations Departments.

Prior to joining the University of Maryland, Benjamin worked as the Business Manager with Morgan State University from 2023-24. 

Benjamin earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Morgan State University in 2023. During her time with the university, she worked within athletics as the women's basketball team manager and a financial analyst intern in the business office.  

Benjamin is originally from Freeport, New York and currently resides in Anne Arundel County, Md.
