As a Redshirt Freshman (2015-16): Finished 8-9 on the season…went 2-2 at the Wolfpack Open, including a major decision win over Joel Madak (The Citadel) (11/22)…won twice at Nittany Lion Open (12/6)…posted two bonus point victories at Franklin & Marshall Open (12/30)…beat Colby Baker (American) at Shorty Hitchcock Open (1/16)…notched a win by fall at National Collegiate Open (3/5).   

As a Freshman (2014-15): Served a redshirt season and won eight matches at 141 pounds…grabbed the first two wins of his career at the Wolfpack Open (11/16)…won once at the TCNJ Open (11/22)…notched two wins at the F&M Open (1/3)…won three times at the Messiah Open (2/7).

Before Maryland: A multiple time state placer…a National Prep All-American…was a three-sport athlete at Woodberry Forest (football, wrestling and baseball).

Personal: Majoring in government & politics.
