100 and Counting: The Terps reached the 100-point mark for the first time since a 101-50 win over UMKC on Dec. 13, 2006. The 51-point margin of victory against Longwood tied for the largest margin of victory at Comcast Center (also 51 in win over UMKC). The 106 points scored is the most since a 111-85 win over Fairleigh Dickinson on Nov. 18, 2005.

400, 300 Club: Senior Landon Milbourne came into tonight's game one rebound away from 400 for his career, while Eric Hayes was just one shy of 300 for his career. Milbourne finished the evening with four, giving him a career total of 403, while Hayes also finished with four for a career total of 303.

Mosley Heats Up: Sophomore guard Sean Mosley ranked third on the team in scoring (12.1 ppg), and against Longwood he surpassed that average with 5:17 to play in the first half. Mosley went 8 of 8 from the field in the game (team-high 21 points), tying the best statistical shooting performance by a Terp this season (Cliff Tucker 5-5 vs. Winston-Salem State on Dec. 22).

So Does Milbourne: Milbourne started the game 6 of 6 from the field, and converted a 3-point play when being fouled on a jumper in the lane on his fourth shot attempt. He scored 11 of the team's first 25 points and did not miss a shot attempt until 7:20 left in the first half. Milbourne finished the game with 19 points on 7-for-9 shooting.

Steady Senior: Eric Hayes has been extremely efficient this season in taking care of the ball. The senior entered tonight's game second in the ACC in assist-turnover ratio, with his 2.5 mark trailing only Duke's John Scheyer (4.1). Hayes finished tonight's game with six assists and two turnovers. The senior now has 438 assists in his career, moving past Johnny Rhodes (1993-96) for ninth all-time on Maryland's career list.

Super Frosh: Freshman Jordan Williams has been a solid rebounding force for Maryland all season. He led the team and was 10th in the ACC in rebounds with a 7.7 rpg average, and against Longwood provided both rebounding and scoring. He finished the game with 13 points and 10 rebounds, his second double-double of the season (also against Villanova, 19 points, 12 rebounds).

Tidbits: Maryland had six players score in double figures: Mosley (21); Milbourne (19); Williams (13); Hayes (10), Vasquez (10); Padgett (10); the first time that's happened since Nov. 21, 2008... Maryland finished the game with a season-high 68 points in the paint... All 11 Terps who played against Longwood scored at least one point... The 23 free throws matched a season-high for the Terps (at Indiana, 12/1/09)... The four blocked shots by Dino Gregory were the most by a Terrapin this season (3, on 5 different occasions).

Game Trends: The Terps opened the game on a 14-3 run and led 23-5 with 15:08 to play in the first half.

The Terps scored 10 of their first 12 and 14 of their first 18 points in the paint.

Maryland tied a season-high with 57 points in the first half (also 57 in the second half against Winston-Salem State on Dec. 22) on 21 of 35 shooting (.600); including 13 of 16 at the free throw line (.813) for a 57-30 halftime lead.

Maryland used a 10-2 run to start the second half to extend its lead to 67-32.

The Terps outrebounded the Lancers 52-35, marking the fifth time in the past six games they have won the rebounding battle.
