SAN JUAN, P.R. - Sean Mosley scored 21 points, while Terrell Stoglin added 17 for Maryland, but Iona rallied in the second half for an 89-63 victory Sunday in the fifth-place game of the 5-hour Energy Puerto Rico Tip-Off.

Mike Glover had 19 points and 10 rebounds and Scott Machado had 15 points and 15 assists Sunday to lead Iona, which scored 52 points in the second half.

Lamont Jones scored 22 points to lead the Gaels (2-1).

Iona led 37-34 at halftime, but shot 66 percent from the field in the second half to turn the game. The Gaels finished at 55 percent from outside.

Ashton Pankey had a game-high 11 rebounds for Maryland, which shot 61 percent in the first half but just 35 percent after that to finish at 46 percent.

The Terrapins committed 26 turnovers in the game, leading to 32 Iona points. The Gaels also ran effectively, scoring 27 fast-break points.

Maryland (2-2) returns home on Friday to play host to Florida Gulf Coast.
