At Des Moines Area Community College: In two seasons, helped guide the Bears to back-to-back appearances in the NJCAA Division II World Series claiming the North Plains District Championship in 2011 and 2012...named to the 2012 ICCAC All-Conference First Team and NJCAA All-Region XI Team after finishing the season with a .403 batting average and .496 slugging percentage and posted 11 doubles, one triple, three home runs and 38 RBI...in 2011, selected Easton Division II Defensive Player of the Year and named to the Rawlings Gold Glove Team...earned second team all-conference honors.

At Eden Prairie: Helped the Eagles to the 2010 Minnesota state title as an all-state and all-conference honoree...won the 2011 American Legion World Series with Eden Prairie after finishing runner up in 2010...voted the 2011 George W. Rulon Player of the Year.
