COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The Maryland gymnastics team will face the No. 20 Ohio State Buckeyes this Friday, February 8 at 7 p.m. in the XFINTY Center.
This is the third home meet for the GymTerps and fourth Big Ten opponent faced this season.

Last Time Out
The Terrapins earned a season best 195.275 at Rutgers where sophomore
Audrey Barber took the all-around title with a personal season-best 39.225.
Barber impressed in her events scoring 9.825 or better on three of four rotations including 9.825s on both vault and floor and a 9.875 on bars.
The Terps scored season bests of 48.925 on both vault and floor. Three competitors posted 9.800s or higher on vault including
Alecia Farina who led took the event with a 9.850.
Barber and senior
Alex Robinson posted 9.800s or above in a what was a first career appearance on floor for Robinson.
The Terps remained solid on bars with Barber posting a 9.875 followed by Farina (9.825) and junior
Tiara Wright (9.775).
Scouting the Buckeyes
Ohio State extended their win streak to four consecutive wins with a win against Iowa, 195.000-194.775.
Junior Olivia Aepli won her first all-around title of the season (38.925) and senior Janelle McClelland paced all gymnasts with a 9.900 on floor, tying her career-high.
As a squad, the Scarlet and Gray posted a 49.300 on bars for a season-high. The rotation was led by sophomore Peyton Hinterberger, sophomore Jenna Swartzentruber and freshman Colby Miller, who each scored a 9.875.
