COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Guests attending the University of Maryland men's and women's lacrosse games on April 27 should be prepared for traffic and parking changes due to the expected large number of people on campus for Maryland Day. Parking and tailgate options are listed below.
All guests are welcome and encouraged to reserve tailgate space on the Ludwig Field throwing field by purchasing spots through Tailgate Guys.
Fans can also tailgate in the green space located near lots 1C, 1D, 1E and 1F, which are located near the intersection of Campus Drive and Championship Lane next to Ludwig Field. Tailgates may not occur in empty parking spaces and can not block driving lanes.
Stadium Drive Garage, which is a usual pay lot, will also be free the entire day only for parking.
Most other parking areas on campus are also free of charge. Please follow posted parking signage.
