Midnight Mile
Last year's edition of the Midnight Mile saw more than 500 students join the men's basketball team in a mile run around Kehoe Track as the clock struck midnight to commence the start of the 2018-19 season.

The event is open to all fans to watch, while Maryland students are eligible to run upon presentation of student ID at registration. Registered students will receive a commemorative Midnight Mile race bib, Midnight Mile t-shirt (first 500), pizza and multiple photo opportunities with the basketball team. Students will also have a chance to enter-to-win a raffle to join the men's team for an away trip this season.
Gates will open at 11:15 p.m. on Wed., Oct. 9 at the Kehoe Track & Field Complex.
