Terps Score 196.725 In All-Around Performance At Towson

TOWSON, MD – Maryland gymnastics posted a score of 196.725 to secure a win over Towson, who scored 196.625 on Sunday. The Terps remained steady in each competition, never scoring lower than 49.100 as a team. A Maryland competitor also received the highest score in three out of the four competitions. 

Rhea LeBlanc set a new career-high with her 9.925 score on the uneven bars during Maryland's first rotation. Her score led all competitors during the meet to contribute to an impressive team score of 49.225. 

On vault, Maryland's second rotation, Josephine Kogler matched her career-high 9.850 score. Natalie Martin led all competitors in the event with a 9.875. 

The Terps' final rotation was on the balance beam and Madeline Komoroski matched her career-high score of 9.925 that she previously set at the Maryland Quad on March 1. 

The Terrapins were solid on floor where they scored 49.200 as a team. LeBlanc and Martin each received a 9.875 to round out the top three highest scores.
