Three Terps Named USILA Scholar All-Americans

COLLEGE PARK, MD -- Three Terps were named USILA Scholar All-Americans and Maryland was named a Division I All-Academic team, the organization announced today, June 13.

Selected as exemplary student-athletes on the field and in the classroom, Jack Koras, Luke Wierman, and Ajax Zappitello all earned individual honors. All three carried above a 3.0 GPA while also contributing immensely to the Terrapins' 2024 team, the National runner-ups. A trio of graduating seniors and fifth-years, they all cap their career as model student-athletes on and off the field.

As a team, Maryland posted a 3.175 GPA in the spring semester. Earlier this week, over 30 Terps were named Academic All-Big Ten.
