
Terps In The PLL: Week Three Recap

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The PLL took over Philadelphia for the weekend for the Waterdogs Homecoming and our ProTerps had several highlights including game-winners and first career goals.
Next up the league heads to Minneapolis for all eight teams to play.

The New York Atlas moved to 4-0 on the season, picking up a 20-15 win over the California Redwoods this week. 2023 graduate Brett Makar started at close defense and picked up a groundball.
The Cannons picked up their second win of the season, beating the Waterdogs in an overtime thriller, 12-11. It was another strong defensive performance for the Cannons as Bryce Young had a caused turnover while Bubba Fairman scooped three groundballs.
After a massive win last week in Charlotte, the Denver Outlaws had a bye this week.
The Redwoods dropped a high-scoring affair to the New York Atlas. Captain Isaiah Davis-Allen led the way defensively with two caused turnovers and a groundball.

The Waterdogs put on a good show in their Homecoming weekend, but ultimately dropped two overtimes games. Connor Kelly scored a goal in each game.

The WhipTerps picked up their first win of the season in dramatic fashion as Matt Rambo, the King of Philly, scored the game-winner in overtime. 2024 graduate Jack Koras made his career debut and wasted no time scoring his first career goal. Mike Chanenchuk continued his scoring prowess, notching a two-pointer and a regular goal. Colin Heacock scored two goals as did close defenseman Matt Dunn.
Dunn and Ajax Zappitello each caused three turnovers and scooped a groundball while Tim Muller tallied three groundballs. SSDM's Roman Puglise and Jake Bernhardt each played well with Puglise notching an assist and Bernhardt scooping a groundball.
