Maryland dominated the ranked Wolverines to remain unbeaten in 2025.
COLLEGE PARK, MD — The 2025 Maryland Terrapins (7-0-3, 3-0-2 Big Ten) are a force in the Big Ten and proved it once again on Friday night at Ludwig Field by dominating and downing the No. 13 Wolverines (6-2-3, 2-2-1 Big Ten) 2-0. The No. 15 Terps found a pair of goals in the second half in a staple win.
Maryland primarily controlled the action in a scoreless first half, outshooting the Wolverines 5-3 and having a pair of potential goals waved off. It felt like only a matter of time before the Terps would break through.
A scrap in front of the Michigan net resulted in a Michigan yellow card, setting Leon Koehl up with a penalty kick opportunity. He buried it with a rocket off his foot to put the Terps ahead 1-0.

Stephane Njike broke away from the Michigan defense in the 72nd minute to sink his fourth goal and, of course, celebrate with a series of flips and back handsprings.
