COLLEGE PARK, MD — Head Coach John Tillman and the Maryland men's lacrosse program have announced the addition of Logan McNaney '25 as Director of Player Development ahead of the 2026 season.
McNaney returns to College Park following a historic career as one of the most accomplished goalies in program history. During his time with the Terrapins, he became Maryland's all-time leader in saves (789) and career wins (62). McNaney earned numerous accolades, including 2025 USA Lacrosse Second Team All-American, 2025 NCAA All-Tournament Team, 2025 First Team All-Big Ten, and 2025 Big Ten All-Tournament Team honors. He was also selected in the second round of the PLL Draft by the Denver Outlaws.
Over the course of his career, McNaney was named to multiple All-American and All-Big Ten teams and was recognized as the 2022 NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player.
Following his graduation, McNaney has served as the starting goalie for the PLL's Denver Outlaws, where he made history as the first rookie to be named PLL Goalie of the Year. He helped lead the Outlaws to a PLL Championship while recording a 58.3% save percentage and averaging 13.6 saves per game.
