OLLEGE PARK, MD — Each week during the 2025–26 season, a Maryland student-athlete who has demonstrated excellence both on and off the field of competition is selected as the Solomon Eye Physicians & Surgeons Terp of the Week.
This week's honoree is senior Riley Reese of the men's lacrosse team.
Reese played a key role in Maryland's 8–7 overtime victory over Ohio State, helping the Terps' defense hold the Buckeyes to just seven goals. He recorded a team-high two caused turnovers and led all defenders with three ground balls. The close defender also scored the game-winning goal in overtime during transition, securing Maryland's first top-10 win of the season.
