As a senior (2015): Saw action in 19 games and started in eight...scored first career goal 3:27 into the Terps' home opening win over Saint Joseph's...added another goal vs. the Hawks (Aug. 30)...scored Terps' second goal that forced overtime vs. #13 Boston College (Sept. 4)...part of team that swept Big Ten regular season and tournament titles.
Before Maryland: Played on England's Under-18 team and helped win bronze in the European championships as the top goal scorer...was on the training squad for England's Under-21 Team...won two national uni championships in the UK as captain and was president of her hockey club in 2014-15.
Personal: Faye Isabel Curran...parents are Patrick and Clare Curran...has one older sister, Grace...loves to travel and play the guitar...started playing hockey at the age of 9...chose Maryland for the international experience with a great hockey setup, an exceptional journalism program and it was the total package.
