As a Redshirt Senior (2021): Made seven appearances out of the bullpen … tossed a scoreless two thirds of an inning in his season debut against Rutgers (3/13) … tossed two innings and struck out three against Iowa (3/28) … appeared at Nebraska (4/11) … tossed an inning at Iowa (4/23) … pitched a perfect ninth inning against Purdue (5/14) … tossed an inning and two thirds against Indiana on his senior day (5/30) … tossed three no-hit frames and struck out two in the NCAA Tournament against Norfolk State, earning his first save of the season (6/5)
As a Redshirt Junior (2020): Started in three games as Maryland’s midweek option during the shortened season...made his season debut and tossed five innings of one-run ball vs. George Mason (2/25)...threw 4 1/3 innings and struck out a season-high three batters in the start vs. Delaware (3/4)...tossed four innings in the start vs. James Madison (3/11)
As a Redshirt Sophomore (2019): Spent the season in the weekend rotation, starting in all 14 of his appearances…went 3-6 with a 5.08 ERA in 83.1 IP with 63 strikeouts to 27 walks…opponents batted .245 against him...went three and two thirds innings and struck out three in his first career start at Coastal Carolina (2/16)...earned his first career win and struck out nine to no walks in six and two thirds innings against Maine (2/22)...tossed eight innings and gave up two runs against East Carolina (3/16)...pitched seven frames and gave up four runs at Illinois (4/6)...struck out six over seven innings against Ohio State (4/20)...earned a win after tossing seven innings of three-run ball at Penn State (4/27)...tossed six and two thirds innings against Iowa and struck out seven and gave up two earned runs (5/17).
As a Sophomore (2018): Served a redshirt season after transferring from St. Mary's College.
Before Maryland: Graduated from Archbishop Spalding with a 3.7 GPA... helped lead the Cavaliers to back-to-back MIAA Championships... chose Maryland because of the program and the economics school... nickname is Juicy... mother, Anne, played soccer and softball at Gettysburg College... father, Mike, played baseball at Salisbury... also has a sister that attends Maryland
