As a Senior (2011-12): 2012 London Olympic Trials competitor ...had a solid run at the 2012 ACC Championships, finishing second in the 200 breast (2:11.52)... also touched the wall fifth in the 100 breast (1:01.83)... contributed to both medley relay teams, capturing third in the 400 (1:40.55) and fourth in the 200 (3.36.15)...ACC All-Academic...won the 100 breast (1:02.62) and 200 breast (2:12.24) at the Terrapin Cup.

As a Junior (2010-11): Terps' top breaststroke competitor, tallying team best times in the 100 (1:02.04) and 200 (2:12.31)...member of third place, school-record setting 400 medley relay at the ACC Championships...individually, finished fifth in the 200 breast and sixth in the 100 breast at the championships...also helped guide 200 medley relay to school record...All-ACC Academic selection...second in 100 breast and 200 breast at the Terp Cup...member of first place 400 medley relay.

As a Sophomore (2009-10): Boasted top time on the squad in the 200 breast (2:13.76)...also second in the 100 breast (1:03.15) and fourth in the 400 IM (4:28.77)...helped guide 400 medley relay (3:41.81) to a fifth place finish and a B-cut performance at the ACC Championships...took 10th and 12th in the 100 breast and 200 breast (2:15.59),respectively...200 breast time was B-cut...point scorer for Maryland as it repeated at the 2009 Terrapin Cup...member of winning 400 medley relay (3:45.70) and fifth place 200 medley relay (1:46.38)...won the 200 breast (2:15.76) and took third in the 100 breast (1:04.88).

As a Freshman (2008-09): Swam four personal bests in her rookie season in College Park, including three at the ACC Championships and one at the Terrapin Cup...point scorer with a tenth-place finish in the 200 breast (2:15.42) and also took 16th in the 100 back (1:04.41) at the 2009 ACC Championships...also a member of the 400 medley relay that finished fourth in the championships...finished 12th in the 100 breast (1:06.51) and 14th in the 400 IM (4:34.43) at the Terrapin Cup...also a member of the winning 400 medley relay (3:46.78) that helped the women's squad win the Terrapin Cup title.

Before Maryland: All-State and All-American all four years at Barrington High School...swam 100 breaststroke and medley relay four years and participated in the 200 IM her junior and senior years...finished third in the state in the 100 breast as a junior and a senior...member of National Honor Society and was a volunteer coach for the NWSRA, a swim team with team members that are mentally handicapped.

Personal: Daughter of Gregory and Barbara Hamilton...has one brother, Geoffrey...a communication major.
