Clara Hollander joined the Terrapins as Director of Operations for Olympic Sports in July 2021.
Her job duties include the coordination, planning, and execution of the day-to-day activities of team logistics for Field Hockey, Wrestling, and Men’s Lacrosse.Â
Prior to her current role, Hollander served as the Marketing Assistant for Marketing Strategy & Fan Experience at Maryland for the 2019-2020 season. She oversaw the promotional and marketing efforts for women’s soccer, baseball, and served as a secondary to men’s basketball.Â
Hollander also spent time at the University of Missouri (Mizzou), where she served as the marketing assistant and oversaw various sports during the 2018-2019 season.
A 2018 graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park, Hollander was a four-year student-worker for the Men’s Lacrosse team, serving as an operations intern. She also held various internships within the Terps’ athletics department including Marketing, Development, and the Ticket Office.
A native of Baltimore, MD., Hollander earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Maryland in 2018. She later earned her master’s degree in Strategic Communications from UMGC in the spring of 2022.
